What is Neuro-Reflex Therapy?
Neuro-Reflex Therapy is a proprietary reflexology method that works through the nervous system with precise microsystem techniques. It is designed to regulate functions, restore balance, encourage gentle detoxification, promote deep relaxation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing process.
Can I receive services if I’m pregnant or managing a condition?
It is advised to wait until after the first trimester of pregnancy. Other conditions will be considered or referred out during initial consultation.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the service, you may remain fully clothed or be appropriately draped at all times for privacy and comfort. Please remove all make-up for full body massages or facial reflexology treatments.
How often should I come in?
Frequency depends on your goals. Some clients schedule occasional sessions, while others prefer consistent care. Massage on a regular basis, as often as once a week, is ideal for optimal health.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Thank you for respecting the time reserved for you and other clients.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to 4.712% tax.
Are services appropriate for everyone?
Services are offered for ages 0 and up. While some conditions may require modifications, postponement, or medical clearance, every session is customized to each individual’s comfort level, specific needs, and desired outcomes.
Will it hurt?
Pain and discomfort do come with dysfunction and imbalance in the body. Rest assured that pressure and techniques are adjusted to each client’s comfort level. Clients are encouraged to express any concerns and ask questions at any time.
What should I expect afterward?
Many clients feel relaxed, lighter, looser and refreshed after any type of session. For Neuro-Reflex Therapy, reactions are common and a good sign that the body is responding. Extra hydration and gentle rest are highly recommended.
